Blair is a local attorney with the Rieger Law Group, PLLC and focuses his practice on real estate, business, and estate planning. He obtained his undergraduate degree in political science from Oklahoma State University and his juris doctorate from the University of Oklahoma School of Law. During law school he served as an editor for the Oklahoma Law Review and clerked for Federal Judge Suzanne Mitchell.
