Rotaract Club of Norman at The University of Oklahoma - Big Event 2015

 
For OU's Big Event 2015, Rotaractors worked with Classen Ten Penn Neighborhood Association to assemble and mount "Classen Ten Penn" banners on the borders of the redeveloping neighborhood. The banners will help define their residential neighborhood, to become more of a community than a group of houses that were left after the removal the trolley down Classen. These banners were paid for by the state of Oklahoma, to aid in redeveloping communities.
