Chip Minty

Minty's background includes 20 years writing and editing for two daily newspapers, including The Oklahoman, the state’s flagship newspaper. He spent 12 years in corporate communications for Devon Energy Corp., one of the nation’s largest independent oil and natural gas producers. From this broad background, Minty offers a unique range of skills well suited to providing high-level communications services to clients in business, education, politics and publishing.

Minty is an Oklahoma native who has lived in Norman for more than 35 years. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology. He and his wife, Sandy, have been married for 28 years, and they have two teen-age daughters, Jordan and Christa. They adopted both girls from China.

He enjoys cycling, running, swimming, gardening and hanging out with his kids.
