Norman Forward

Jud Foster has been the Director of Parks and Recreation with the City of Norman since 1985.  Prior to that he served as Park Planner and Park Superintendent 1978-1985.  He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a BS in Landscape Architecture.  He is married to his wife Tracy who is now a retired Federal Agent.  They have one son – Matthew – who just graduated from Oklahoma Christian University and is now working on his Master’s in Business Marketing and playing on the OC Baseball team.  When not at work (which is not very often these days) Jud enjoys golf in the summer and skiing in the winter.
