Rotaract

Phil Moss became a Rotarian in 1982 as a member of the Altus Rotary Club, was part of the Norman Rotary Club from 2007-2015, and is currently a member of the Cross Timbers Rotary Club in Norman.  He served as Governor of District 5770 in 2012-13.  He has also chaired district committees in Membership Extension and PolioPlus, and currently serves as chair for Rotaract in the district.

Professionally, he served on the staff of Western Oklahoma State College in Altus        from 1977-1996, then was on the executive staff of the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, serving as Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Interim Chancellor.  He retired from the Regents in 2007, and has served as a consultant to the California State University Office of the Chancellor, the Southern Regional Education Board, and the Colorado Department of Higher Education.  He holds an M.Ed and PhD from the University of Oklahoma.

An Oklahoma native (growing up in Edmond), Phil is married to Peggy (also a member of the Cross Timbers club), and enjoys being grandfather to 2 4-year-olds, and leading his rock band.
